I go by Wasted Potency aka Way Po. I'm originally from New Orleans but based in Texas now, making messy, emotional music somewhere between hyperpop, emo rap, and whatever else feels right at the time. I started off just trying to figure stuff out with some cheap gear and too many feelings. Honestly, not much has changed except the sound got louder and weirder.

I've worked with artists like Capoxxo, Lil Soda Boi, and Valex Venture. Collaborating with people like that really helped me break out of my head and push the sound in different directions. Whether it's distorted pop, a nightcore remix, or something that feels more like a panic attack than a song, I'm just trying to make stuff that feels real. Something you can cry to, scream to, or laugh at because it's a little unhinged.

Live shows are a whole different energy. They're not polished or predictable. But they're raw, loud, and honest. Somewhere between a party and a breakdown. I'm not here to play some industry game or act like I’ve got it figured out. I’m just trying to make music that hits, connect with people who feel the same, and see where it takes me.
